These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://icgc-qc.masjidapps.net/, and any related online registration forms, parent portal, and payment pages operated on behalf of ICGC Quran Connections (“ICGC Quran Connections,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, registering a student, logging in to our portal, or making a payment through our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, registering a student, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and to the parents/guardians who register students with us.
2. Eligibility
Our website and online forms are intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and other adults 18 years of age or older. Student registrations must be submitted by a student’s parent or legal guardian, who represents that they have the authority to register the student and to accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.
3. About ICGC Quran Connections and Our Programs
ICGC Quran Connections is a weekend Islamic school offering Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic studies classes for children, taught by teachers from our community. Classes are held on Sundays at the location shown on our website, according to our published school calendar. Through our website, we offer:
- Student registration and enrollment;
- Curriculum, school calendar, and enrollment package information;
- Tuition payment; and
- A parent portal for managing registration and related information.
Registration and the parent portal are provided through third-party online platforms linked from our website. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, which will be presented at the time of use.
4. Accounts and Portal Access
If you create or are given an account to access our parent portal, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
5. Registration; Parent/Guardian Responsibility
By registering a student, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you agree to keep registration information up to date. Students are expected to meet the requirements of the program in which they are enrolled. Families are asked to notify us in advance of student absences, to follow classroom rules and school policies as in effect for each session, and to treat teachers, volunteers, other students, and other families with respect.
6. Tuition and Payments
Tuition and fees apply per academic year and are described on our website, including on our Enrollment Packages and Tuition Fee pages, at the time of registration. Payments are processed through a third-party payment platform. Refunds and withdrawals are handled in accordance with the policies in effect at the time of registration; except as otherwise stated at that time or required by law, tuition and fees are non-refundable.
7. Third-Party Services
Registration, the parent portal, payment processing, and certain other features of our website are operated by third-party providers. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
8. Acceptable Use
When using our website, portal, and online forms, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any registration, account, or payment form;
- Use our website or forms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;

From time to time, we may take photographs or video of students, families, and program activities and use them on our website, in newsletters, or on social media to share the life of our school with the community. If you do not want your child or family to be photographed or included in such materials, please notify us in writing using the contact information below and we will honor your request going forward.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, and images (excluding content submitted by users), is owned by or licensed to ICGC Quran Connections or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from our website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website, portal, and online forms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
